Wedding Cake for Culinary School

This cake was done in 2011 for the UVU Culinary Arts School. Molly used pulled sugar to create small peacock feathers throughout the cake.

It received a 100% grade. Up until this point, a wedding cake project had never received full marks.

The orchid flowers were made from gum paste by hand. The cake itself is sitting on a foam core board with ribbon glued around the edges.
